Rory Geoghegan is the Founder and CEO of SafetyScore, a start-up building an innovative online platform to help improve public safety.

He has spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of frontline policing and crime policy, from patrolling the streets of Lambeth as a police officer to advising at the heart of government as a Special Adviser in the No10 Policy Unit.

In 2022, he established The Public Safety Foundation with a mission to make the UK the safest place to live, work, and raise a family.

Rory is an award-winning researcher and a regular commentator on crime and policing, with contributions across his own Substack, the Telegraph, The Spectator, GB News, The Times and BBC.
