Juuso-Ville Gustafsson is the executive director of Suomalaisuuden Liitto, a civic organisation founded in 1906 to safeguard and promote the Finnish language, to advance the language rights and freedoms of the Finnish-speaking population, and to promote a shared sense of nationhood. He previously served briefly as executive director of the Pirkanmaa regional branch of the Centre Party of Finland.
