Bill Hicks, co-chair of Mintz’s Life Sciences Practice Group and former co-chair of the firm’s Securities & Capital Markets Practice, is well-versed in issues specific to cross-border transactions and listings. Bill regularly represents US, UK, and European companies in public and private financings, SEC compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general counseling. He represents life sciences-focused companies, investors, and investment banks in structuring and executing IPOs, reverse mergers, alternative public offerings, including APOs, and Form 10/20-F transactions, cross-over investments, follow-on public offerings, CMPOs, registered directs, PIPEs, and private placements. Bill is regularly asked to speak in the US, UK, and Europe on matters specific to accessing US capital markets.
