Tanya is an HR commentator and journalist. As host of the podcast This Isn’t Working, Tanya investigates what is wrong with today’s workplace culture, through interviews with HR directors and special guests such as Helen Joyce, Kellie-Jay Keen, Pamela Dow and Alex Edmans.

Tanya is also the founder of This Is Working, a new business network for employers keen to fix the problems caused by group think, cancel culture and weak leadership.

Between 2018 and 2024, Tanya ran a club for large employers of young people (including Google, Santander, Channel 4 and GSK), making her one of a handful people who can speak freely about how DEI (including ‘trans inclusion’) became embedded in UK organisations, having watched it in real time.

Tanya explores where and how good intentions turned into bad business, and how organisations can fix the problems they have created for themselves and their employees.
