Simon McKeon
archivist; 20 years experience of working in local authority culture departments

Simon McKeon trained as an archivist at UCL and believes passionately in caring for and making the nation’s rich documentary heritage accessible. For over 20 years he has worked in a number of operational and policy roles in public sector archive and museum services.

Simon has contributed to several books, TV programmes and exhibitions on different aspects of London’s history, as well as lecturing on archives at universities and schools.
