Sebastian Moore
North West chair, Social Democratic Party

Sebastian Moore is the North West chair of the Social Democratic Party and is currently running to be leader of the party. Having stood in multiple parliamentary elections, he has made a name for himself documenting his experiences on social media.

He co-hosts the Take Me Home podcast with Hilary Salt which aims to offer an alternative for people who feel politically homeless. He is particularly interested in finding ways to bridge the gap between the increasingly polarised political positions we see today.

Outside of politics, he is a churchwarden and secretary of his local civic society. He helped bring the Battle of Ideas to Manchester with the first Battle of Ideas North in 2026.
