Louis Stedman-Bryce
founder, Inkfish

Louis Stedman-Bryce is the founder of Inkfish, an entrepreneur and a former member of the European Parliament whose work sits at the intersection of care, responsible capital, property and public policy.

He brings lived experience of the care system together with operational, regulatory and investment perspectives. In 2016, he acquired a Scottish domiciliary care provider delivering 10,000 care visits each month, serving as its registered manager with the Care Inspectorate. Under his leadership, the service became the first in Scotland to introduce Finnish digital-care technology, using visit data to identify changes in clients’ needs, support joined-up multidisciplinary decision-making and strengthen lone-worker safety.

Today, through Inkfish and the Thrive Impact Investors Network, he develops practical ventures and brings people, knowledge and responsible capital together around sustainable, ethically operated models in children’s residential care.
