Karin Rudolph
consultant, commentator and free-speech defender

Karin Rudolph is a consultant and commentator with a fascination for ideas, technology and politics.

She is the founder of Collective Intelligence, an AI ethics consultancy, and speaks on AI governance, ethics and free speech in the UK and internationally.

Once comfortably on the centre-left, she found herself increasingly at odds with identity politics, institutional conformity and the insanity of cancel culture.

Today she writes The Hatch, a Substack on free speech, critical thinking and contemporary politics, and serves as an independent councillor in the South West of England.

With a background in sociology and studies in philosophy, she believes that debate, disagreement and intellectual curiosity are essential to a liberal democracy.
