Michael C R Reiners, MA (Cantab), LL.M, is an English lawyer, writer and architectural historian. He is co-author, with Preston J Byrne and Elijah Granet, of the model Freedom of Speech Bill (2026), published by the Adam Smith Institute in Spring 2026.

He is the creator and editor of Reiners.org.uk, which publishes essays, proposed constitutional legislation and selected work by other writers. His writing deals with freedom of expression, constitutional reform and cultural history – it can be found in various publications, including The Critic, The Salisbury Review, ConservativeHome and Pimlico Journal.

His television and podcast appearances include NTD News’s British Thought Leaders, Lord Young’s The Sceptic podcast, New Culture Forum’s Deprogrammed, The Current Thing among others.
