Dr Linda Hart
independent researcher; chairwoman, Naisten rintama ry (Women's Front Finland)

Dr Linda Hart works as a research and development professional in higher education and holds a doctorate in sociology (University of Helsinki) and Title of Docent (Adjunct Professor, University of Turku). Her research profile includes socio-legal studies, sociology of gender, and multidisciplinary human-rights studies.

She has served as the chairwoman of the Finnish women’s rights NGO Naisten rintama ry (Women’s Front Finland) since 2025 and is part of the expert network of Athena Forum, a European initiative for sex-based rights and democratic values.  Recently, she has published non-academic pieces in Finnish on the politicisation of gender identity and medical interventions for young people with gender distress in her capacity as an independent researcher and writer.
