Trevor Phillips

Trevor Phillips is a writer and television producer. He is the co-founder of the diversity analytics research company Webber Phillips, president of the John Lewis Partnership Council, co-chairman of the US-based business leaders think thank Center for Talent Innovation and chair of Green Park Executive Recruitment Analytics.

He was the founding chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

He is a director of the Barbican Arts Centre and a vice-president of the Royal Television Society.
