Sarah Bedford is NEF’s social policy lead. She heads up the thinking and research on public services, with a focus on health and social care. Her interests include community-led models of care, their wider economic impact and the role of the state in supporting and investing in them. Among other things, she has researched the role of community businesses in sustainable social care and written about the place of social care in industrial strategy.
