Reuben Young has campaigned with PricedOut, a volunteer-run organisation, for two years, seeking policies from government that will make housing more affordable for ordinary people, including property tax reform, planning reform, and improving the rights of private renters.
He has also supported campaigns run by Generation Rent, including banning lettings fees and showcasing housing conditions of private renters.
Reuben works as a researcher for Family Mosaic, a large London housing association in the Peabody Group, where he has managed projects on older people, housing mobility, and under-occupation.
Reuben chairs the London Policy Exchange Group, a group of policy managers from large London housing associations who share best practice in operational housing policy.
