Nicky Drury is principal genetic counsellor for the Nottingham Regional Clinical Genetics Service. She has been involved in a number of Department of Health genetics education projects, and has served as a member of the UK Government’s Human Genetics Commission.
She is interested in the ethical and broader social issues that arise from contemporary developments in genetics, from a patient delivery perspective and also in terms of the wider impact on society.
