executive director, Women Help Women
Kinga Jelinska was educated as a cultural anthropologist in Poland and works for more than a decade on activist programs to increase knowledge about and access to abortion pills that open the door to have safe abortions regardless of restrictive legal regulations. She is the executive director of Women Help Women, an online non-profit service that provides contraception, abortion pills and expert counseling, conducting on the ground and research programs with more than 40 partner organisations globally. She designed and/or supported implementation of projects on abortion in 20 countries. Her work lies at the intersection of feminist activism, internet freedom, human rights and public health.
