trainee solicitor, Arthur Cox
Having just completed her Masters in intellectual property law at King’s College London, Clíodhna has joined Irish firm Arthur Cox as a trainee solicitor. Prior to this, Clíodhna studied law at Trinity College, Dublin. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in both criminology and jurisprudence, particularly moral panic theory which has become the focus of much of her writing. Her research draws on different concepts such as ‘risk theory’ and other social anxieties. During her time in Trinity, Clíodhna edited the Trinity College Law Review, the oldest legal student publication in the country.
