Amanda Naylor, over the past 20 years, has built extensive experience within the third sector, international development and social care sector supporting and safeguarding child victims, disabled children, looked after children, young people subject to safeguarding procedures and young people in youth justice system.
Currently Amanda heads up the delivery of Barnardo’s 10 year strategy on child sexual abuse, incorporating child sexual exploitation, trafficking and harmful sexual behaviours, designing and implementing innovative and responsive services across the UK’s 4 Nations. She sits on the Centre for Expertise (CSA) and NOTA Advisory Boards.
Prior to this Amanda led on the creation of Victim Support’s children and young people programme ‘You & Co’ specialising in the design and delivery of services built on evidenced research from academic partners and co-created with vulnerable young victims and witnesses who experienced the most serious crime.
