Caroline Macfarland
founder and director, Common Vision (CoVi): co-author, A Generation Apart: Were young people left behind by the EU referendum?

Caroline Macfarland is the founder and director of Common Vision (CoVi), an independent, not-for-profit think tank with a mission to inspire civic engagement and policy understanding amongst the millennial generation. Previously, she was managing director at the think tank ResPublica, one of the founding team members of the foundation Power to Change, and a special advisor to the Big Lottery Fund. She studied at the University of York, the University of Copenhagen, and the London School of Business and Finance.

Caroline is a board member of the UK Cohousing Trust and a British Council Hammamet Fellow. She is a regular commentator for UK and international publications and media outlets. In 2015, she was named one of Management Today’s 35 women under 35.
