Sonya Dyer

Sonya Dyer is a London-based artist, arts consultant and author of Boxed In: How Diversity Policies Constrict Black Artists. Since graduating from Goldsmiths College, University of London, Sonya has developed a portfolio career, supporting her artistic practice by working within arts organisations and developing self-initiated projects, including the ‘Current Thinking’  talks series at Tate Modern (March 2007).

Sonya previously worked as Programme Co-ordinator at Artquest, and freelance clients include Film London and Arts Council England / LCACE. Currently a Commissioning Editor at a-n, the artists’ information company, Sonya was a 2006 arts admin bursary recipient.
