![]() | Lynne is a trained nurse who has held a variety of operational management posts across acute care where she quickly developed a keen interest in improving the patient’s experience of health services. She leads work on innovation process including: • Thinking Differently - a book designed specifically for front line NHS teams who want to achieve transformational change Lynne is a member of the Innovators Council formed by the Cabinet Office, a Fellow at the Health Service Management Centre, Birmingham University and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is a reviewer for the British Medical Journal and Institute for Health Care Improvement for papers and abstracts. Lynne has been an advisory board member for the Design Council is also part of the faculty for Kaiser Permanente’s Improvement Leaders Course, USA. |
