Josie Appleton

Josie Appleton is convenor of the civil liberties group Manifesto Club. She leads its campaigns against the vetting database, booze bans, photo bans, and other forms of state hyperregulation of everyday life. She also writes regularly on the freedom issues of the day, for publications including spiked, the Guardian, The Times, and Daily Express.
