Cath Follin

Cath is the City Centre Manager for Leeds. Appointed in 2005, her broad remit includes supporting the Leeds City Centre Partnership and leading the City Centre Management team to ensure the continued prosperity of Leeds city centre; promoting the city centre to investors and visitors; developing a city centre that is safe and accessible for all and securing high standards in the city centre’s public realm.

Cath graduated from the University of Leeds with an MA in Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economic History and Geography.

Cath was a participant on the Leeds Common Purpose Programme in 1998/9.
