Jo Herlihy

Jo’s work involves managing programmes and projects in area of e-government, transformation and, most recently, customer research and insight. To ensure some of the more controversial aspects of these work areas are addressed, she has produced a number of research and discussion papers, written articles and organised national conferences. Topics have included data sharing and data security; privacy; and most recently social marketing and customer insight.
