![]() | Para Mullan has fifteen years of experience in human resource management and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel. She is Development Operations Director at cScape Strategic Internet Services Ltd; a digital agency that provides online services for clients like Barclays and Sony. As operations director, Para oversees the running of the production units within the company and works with the HR Manager to ensure that employees’ skills are aligned with the company’s objectives. Prior to this, Para worked in a variety of public and private sector workplaces. Her particular interest lies in researching the changing nature of work since the 1980s. She is a member of the Battle of Ideas committee and has produced both discussions on work at this year’s festival. |
