Hilary is an actuary and Founder of First Actuarial LLP. As well as having Board level responsibility for the business nationally, she runs the Manchester office and acts as the firm’s senior actuary.
Hilary advises a wide range of employers and scheme trustees on pensions issues and also provides policy advice to a number of organisations. She recently appeared before the Pensions Select Committee providing input on new forms of risk sharing in pension schemes.
Hilary is a past winner of Actuarial Post’s “Actuary of the Year”, a regular speaker at conferences and a contributor to the pensions press.
